A Perth-based community of people with disability, carers, and support workers who believe that life should be full of adventure, friendship, and genuine joy.
How It All Started
The Happiness Crew was founded in November 2022 with a simple but powerful belief: people with disability deserve more than just care — they deserve a life filled with adventure, laughter, and real community.
What started as a small group of passionate support workers and participants has grown into one of Perth's most active NDIS community programs. We've run over 468 events, travelled more than 155,500 kilometres together, and changed the lives of over 100 people.
We are not a registered NDIS provider — we are a community. Our programs are funded through The Happiness Crew, meaning many of our events are available at no out-of-pocket cost to participants. We believe financial barriers should never stand between someone and a great experience.
Every Happy Dayz, every Venture Dayz BBQ, every Respite trip — they all come from the same place: a genuine love for the people in our crew and a commitment to making their lives better.
